RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No. 285/2018 in Crl.OP (MD)No. 14332/2017 dated 17.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 14432 of 2017, dated 17.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 14432 of 2017, dated 17.01.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e first working day of every week at 10.30 am until further orders.
