The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 162 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.6,051/- in the above appeal in C.M.A(MD)SR. No.63348 of 2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. It is evident from the records that the petitioner's earlier application to condone the delay in representing the appeal papers in CMP(MD)No.4162 of 2026 came to be allowed on 01.04.2026.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
