For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.525 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused apprehending arrest for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C, in Crime No.525 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The allegation as against the petitioner is that he has received a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- from the defacto complainant for arranging a job in the Railway Department and issued a fake appointment order.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged offence and the petitioner's erstwhile employee one Ayusha has committed this offence. But the respondent police instead of registering the case as against the said Ayusha, has registered the case as against this petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been registered as against him. 4.Considering the nature of allegation, this Court by order dated 17.08.2021, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner enabling him to appear before the respondent police for enquiry.

CRL OP(MD)No.690 of 2021 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that during the course of investigation, the respondent police found that this petitioner along with other accused created a fake appointment order as if the appointment has been given by the Eastern Railway Government of India to the defacto complainant and has cheated him to the tune of Rs.12,00,000/-.
6.Considering the nature of allegation levelled as against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
