Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent herein vide O.Mu.No.1715/A3/2017 dated 26.04.2018, quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent herein to approve the appointment of petitioner as BT Assistant (Science) in the 4th respondent school w.e.f. 02.06.2016 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary and other attendant benefits.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that as against the order of the writ Court they have preferred a writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.1225 of 2020, which is pending before the Division Bench of this Court. While that being so, it would not be appropriate to parrallelly adjudicate the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy subject to the final out come of the writ appeal.
