ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.153 of 2022 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they are going to file a final report as 'further action dropped' before the concerned Court and he has produced the copy of the final report before this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Court within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
