The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of interim stay granted by the second respondent in an Appeal arising out of Patta Passbook Act.

2.The impugned order in the Writ Petition is just an order of interim stay in a pending Appeal before the second respondent. This Court do not find any ground to interfere in such an order.
