10 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent POlice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.C.ASAITHAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.824 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 10.02.2018 to till date. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the present condition is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
