This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1to 3 to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 9 for their illegal act of ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members, based upon the representation dated 26.08.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the writ petitioner has given a letter stating that the matter was settled between the parties, that the writ petitioner and his family members have been living with the other village people without any issues and that no further action is necessary and he has also filed the copy of the letter.
