4.The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side are considered. The case has been registered for the offence under Section 11 (2)r/w. Sections 12 and 18 of POCSO Act. So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court came to the conclusion that this petition is filed too earlier for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court.
