ORDER

The petitioner is the accused No.47 in Crime No.84 of 2022 registered on the file of the 1st respondent Police, for the offence under 1/4

Sections 143, 147 and 341 IPC. Now, he has moved this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.84 of 2022 registered against him.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.84 of 2022 has been completed and and the final report has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in STC No.61 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.

3. Since it is reported that the final report has been filed in Crime No. 84 of 2022 and the same has been taken on file in STC.No.61 of 2024, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any ground. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
