(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to serve notice to the respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6 by way of substitute of service in any one of the daily Tamil Newspapers.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to effect 2/4

substituted service to the respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6 by taking paper publication in "Malai Murasu" Tamil daily having wide circulation where the respondents 2, 3, 5 and 6 are residing for the hearing on 23.03.2026.
