Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.536 of 2021 registered on the file of the Vaiyampatti Police Station. I went through the contents of the petition. No case for transferred has been made out. The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the respondent police on 05.02.2022 at 11.00 A.M. The respondent police will record the petitioner's statement and take action as per law.
