RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him by this Honourable court vide order in Crl.OP(MD)No. 130/2018 dated 23.01.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.130 of 2018, dated 23.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition, without any deviation. He further submitted that charge sheet has not been filed in this case.

extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
