This Civil Revision Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti to dispose to the petition in HMOP.No.147 of 2020 pending on his file within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. A report was called for from the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, as to the stage of the enquiry process in HMOP.No.147 of 2020 and the total number of cases that are pending on his file. The report was received stating that 2828 cases are pending before the Court and out of the said cases 541 HMOPs.

3. In view of the above submission, if the petitioner wants a special permission for disposing his case, he can approach the concerned Court by setting out his grievance by filing proper application. No direction can be issued in view of the heavy pendency before the Court.

4. With the above liberty, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
