ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Rank Not Known, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Section 498(A) of IPC, in Crime 1/3

No. Not Known of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner is the husband and the petitioners 2 & 3 are the in-laws of the defacto complainant. After marriage, the petitioners harassed the defacto complainant by demanding additional dowry. Hence, the defacto complainant made a complaint before the Law Enforcing Agency.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the defacto complainant is at enquiry stage and there is no First Information Report is registered against the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
