ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to recover the amount of Rs.36,000/- with 10% interest as mentioned in the certificate in Na.Ka.No.Aa4/209/2024, dated 07.06.2024 from the 4th respondent and disburse the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 1st respondent has recovered a sum of Rs.20,000/- from the 4th respondent by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Madurai. As far as the balance amount is concerned, he assures that the same would be recovered from the 4th respondent and paid to the petitioner within a period of one month.

3.Having recorded the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the 1st respondent to recover the balance amount of Rs.16,000/- along with 10% interest as mentioned in the certificate in Na.Ka.No.Aa4/209/2024, dated 07.06.2024 from the 4th respondent and pay the same to the petitioner on or before 24.02.2025. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
