(Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16039 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
