ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute as well as not to harass the petitioners on the guise of the enquiry based on the Valluvan complaint.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the second respondent has not conducted investigation. He would further submit that the complaint of One Valluvan has been transferred to Avaniyapuram Police Station by the second respondent for further investigation and that the respondent has not harassed the petitioners.
