O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing directions upon the respondents to consider his representation dated 07.06.2013 and to take appropriate action to disconnect the electricity given to certain people, who are said to be in occupation of the lands compromised in S.Nos.462/A, 463/A, 464/A. 467/A1, measuring an extent of 2 Acres 40 Cents, in Ward No.6, Kovilpatti Municipality, Kovilpatti.
2.The petitioner would state that the persons who are in occupation of the property are trespassers and rowdy elements and they somehow obtained electricity service connection. Though in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the names of certain persons are mentioned along with service connection numbers, they have not been impleaded as respondents in the Writ Petition.
3.In any event the representation is of the year 2013 and by efflux of time there would have been further developments. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, clearly indicating the names of the persons and pursue the matter before the appropriate respondent, which shall be dealt with in accordance with law. No costs.
