This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to dispose of the petition in HMOP.No.111 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted 1/3

that the respondent is dragging on the proceedings by getting adjournment again and again and hence, seeking early disposal of the HMOP.No.111 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti to dispose of the HMOP by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
