ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A4 and A5 in Crime No.114 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 395 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail. 2.According to the prosecution, on 19.03.2015, the accused by showing knife snatched Rs.1,000/- from the de-facto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case, based on the confession of the co-accused. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are having four previous cases and the other coaccused were granted bail in the earlier cases. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on condition that the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.
