O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of building plan approval. As per the impugned order, the layout has not been approved and hence, the building plan approval has not been granted.

2.On instructions, the learned learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that if the petitioner approaches for regularization of the plot, the third respondent is ready to consider the said request favorably and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.2756 of 2012 consequently, grant building plan approval on payment of necessary charges.

3.The petitioner is directed to approach the third respondent with necessary application and on payment of necessary charges, the third respondent is directed to consider the regularization of the plot as well as the building plan and grant building plan approval within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
