This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. To direct the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai (PCR Court) to consider the bail appliation to be filed by the petitioners on the same day in Cr.No.4 of 2019 on the file of Inspector of Police, Melur Station, pending investigation with such terms and conditions imposed by this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VIJAYA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate(Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.500 of 2019 dated 11.01.2019.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.500 of 2019 dated 11.01.2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.
