condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.572 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 855 of 2018, dated 29.01.2018, is hereby fully relaxed.
