This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings dated 30.12.2019, on the file of the third respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission to conduct "Orchestra Function" from 10 p.m to 1.00 a.m scheduled on 31.01.2020, 03.02.2020 to 07.02.2020 and 09.02.2020 within the time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the permission has already been granted by the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Colachel Sub Division. Hence, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.
