ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in pursuance of the Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.106 of 2011 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to health condition, the petitioner could not appear before the court properly and he could not contact his counsel and hence, the learned Magistrate has issued Non Bailable Warrant before one year. The learned counsel further submitted that he is ready to appear for all future hearings.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the said court on all hearings. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5.
