ORDER:- This Criminal Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.V.KATHIRVELU, SENIOR COUNSEL FOR MR.K.PRABHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. A.ROBINSON, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE), for the respondents R1 and R2, this Court made the following order: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the
condition Nos.III & IV alone imposed in Crl.A(MD)No.320 of 2018 dated 03.08.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.320 of 2018 on 03.08.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no strong objection to modify the condition No.(iii).
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition No.(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) No.320 of 2018 on 03.08.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Tharavi Police Station, Mumbai once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
