The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the fair and decreetal order, dated 25.10.2021 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai in I.A. No.12 of 2021 in O.S.No.100 of 2020 and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the suit in O.S.No.100 of 2020 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai, was dismissed as not pressed on 14.06.2022.
