19.11.2019 and set aside the same as illegal and further directing the fourth respondent to register the sale agreement dated 19.11.2019 on the file of the fourth respondent executed by the petitioner to one Rameshwari and release the same.

ORDER

By orders of this Court dated 28.03.2023, this Court had directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to get instructions as to whether the purchaser was still interested in purchasing the property, considering the fact that the document in question is of the year 2019. The matter was adjourned to 19.04.2023 and on the said date, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had sent a letter to his client and there has been no response. The matter was directed to be listed today. Once again, the learned counsel would submit that he has no instruction from the petitioner, despite his letter sent by registered post.

2. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
