Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the first respondent in all the petitions, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.13748, 13757, 13762 and 13790 of 2020, dated 02.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
