RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.543 of 2019 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.21469 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M. PANDIARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 543 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21469 of 2018 on 28.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 543 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21469 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2018 on 28.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 543 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21469 of 2018 on 28.01.2019 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
