Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. SIVARAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.787 of 2019 on 07.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.787 of 2019 on 07.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
