Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. M. PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ produce sureties. Since the order copy mixed with the bundle in the Advocate officer, the petitioner is unable to execute the sureties

with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.22366 of 2018 dated 04.02.2019.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22366 of 2018 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
