O R D E R

This writ petition was filed seeking for transfer of the investigation.

2. Heard Mr.B.Prasanna Vinoth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.C.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the 7th respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner filed Crl.O.P(MD)No.12627 of 2012 seeking for the same relief for transfer of investigation and this Court, by an order, dated 04.04.2019 transferred the investigation to the file of CBCID. Pursuant to the said direction, an FIR also came to be registered in Crime No.3/19 and the case is being investigated by CBCID.

4. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
