Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. ARUNACHALAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ALAGUMANI,Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 67 days in preferring the criminal appeal. 2.Heard both sides. There is no strong objection on the side of the respondent for allowing the petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
