This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that only petition enquiry is pending and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the meantime, the petitioner shall not be harassed.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
