ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 12.05.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No. 140 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.05.2019 during vehicle check up by the respondent police, the petitioner was found in possession of 5 bottles of poisonous brandy each containing 180 ml. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence he would pray for bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are 3 cases pending against the petitioner of similar nature. Hence she objected for grant of bail.

petitioner this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
