ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the SA., the court made the following order:- This application has been filed seeking stay of operation of the judgment and decree, dated 08.07.2019 passed in A.S.No.25 of 2017. The decree is one of declaration and injunction. Hence, no further proceedings is possible pursuant to the decree. Hence, this petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief.
