Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal procedure code, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the 1st respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.355/2017 dated 23.08.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein to the 3rd respondent herein.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PUGALENDHI -PARTY IN PERSON, Mr.M. CHANDRASEKARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, the respondents, this Court made the following order: This direction petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD), No.17625 of 2017, dated 03.10.2018.

2.The Crl.O.P.(MD),No.17625 of 2017 has been finally disposed by this Court on 03.10.2018. Once, the Court has passed the final order in an application, this Court is barred from passing any further orders under the provisions of 362 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
