O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.9 of 2014, dated 15.03.2014, registered for the offence under Section 420 of IPC, on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The allegations levelled as against the petitioner is very serious in nature and also there are specific allegations as against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the First Information Report on its threshold. It has to be investigated.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation almost completed and charge sheet yet to be filed. He would further submit that the investigation has been transferred https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the Inspector of Police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Kanniyakumari District.

5.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the case has been registered as against the petitioner on job racketing. After the petitioner did not return back the money and also did not get any employment for the second respondent. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as no merits. The Inspector of police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Kanniyakumari District, is directed to file charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
