ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the electricity bill raised by the respondent herein, under which, certain sum was demanded on the ground of short levy, which was raised through the audit objection.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent produced a copy of the communication, dated 28.08.2020, under which, the audit objection has been withdrawn and the proceedings have been dropped.

3. In view of the above said facts, the order impugned in the writ petition no longer survives for execution. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 20.09.2022 2/4
