2018, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the order passed by this Court, dated 17.04.2018 is complied with and deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) and also filed a memo to that effect. 2.Hence, the suspension of sentence already ordered is extended till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case. 3.Post the Main Revision on 19.06.2018.
