PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ calling for the records of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.9715/2008/A3 dated 28.02.2012 and the consequential order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.9715/2008/A3, dated 06.03.2012 and quash the same.

This writ petition has been filed as against the impugned orders passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.9715/2008/A3 dated 28.02.2012 & 06.03.2012, cancelling the licence of the petitioner for conducting weekly market.

2.Today(05.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
