PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass order in pursuant to the proposal submitted by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.J2/9830/08, dated 13.08.2010 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2013 and consequently to hand over the possession of the property admeasuring an extent of 3.50 acres comprised in Survey No.1587/1A, Gangaikondan Village, Tirunelveli District to the petitioner within the period stipulated by this Court. This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass an order in pursuant to the proposal submitted by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.J2/9830/08, dated 13.08.2010 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2013 and consequently to hand over the possession of the property to an extent of 3.50 acres comprised in Survey No.1587/1A, Gangaikondan Village, Tirunelveli District to the petitioner within the period stipulated by this Court. 2/5

2.Today(28.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
