ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.APPADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.NALLA THAMBI, Advocate for R8 and R11 and M/S.R.MURUGAN, Advocate for R9 and R10 and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents 7 to 10, from in any manner, causing damage to the suit property.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 8 to 11, categorically stated that the timber roof tiles alone have been replaced and no other damage has been caused to the building in question.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that any further alterations or modifications, shall not be made,

but at the same time, undertakes to permit the respondents 8 and 11 to carry out fresh maintenance works of white-washing and any other minimal work.

4. Recording the said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed. Post the appeal on 12.04.2016.
