ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which, maintenance and handling contract entered into with the writ petitioner on 16.03.2012 for running a retail outlet in the name and style of HP Coco Monday Market for supply of petrol / diesel was terminated.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the period for which the contract was entered into has already expired and no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 2/4

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
