For Respondent : Mr.M.V.Chandrasekaran, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioners while granting bail by this Honourable Court vide order dated 11/12/2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14197 of 2020 connection with case of the crime No.5/2020 on the file of the respondent by directing the Petitioners to appear before Dharmapuri Town Police Station and comply with the condition imposed on the Petitioners.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14197 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners were granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.No.14197 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020. One of the conditions is that the petitioners shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapurai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 pm., until further orders. The petitioners are 1/3

complying with this condition regularly from 16.12.2020. He further submitted that the petitioners are carrying on merchant and vegetable business at Pollachi. The family members of the petitioners are mainly depending on the business of the petitioners. Since the petitioners are appearing before the police twice in a day, they are not able to do their business in a peaceful manner. Hence, the petitioners prayed for modification of the conditions earlier imposed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners hail from Kovilpatti and they are now presently staying at Dharmapurai and complying with the conditions for almost 53 days. He further submitted that Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7648 of 2020 is filed for cancelling the bail granted to the petitioners. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the conditions imposed by this Court is modified as under:- The petitioners shall stay at Pollachi and report before the Inspector of Police, Pollachi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 5.The other conditions stand confirmed.
