It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more. It is further stated that the attempt to contact the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner was also failed. It is in these circumstances, the learned Counsel for the petitioner reports no instructions.

2.Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
