Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The contention of the petitioner is that he is aged person and he is suffering from various aliments and he has also produced the medical certificate to that effect. 2.From the anticipatory bail order, it is seen that the petitioner has admitted that he is away from the disputed property and also given an undertaking that he is not interfere with the possession of the said portion of the defacto complainant and he is only entered into tenancy agreement with A-5.
The tenancy agreement is only in paper and he has not created any encumbrance or obstacle for the peaceful enjoyment of the rightful person. 3.Considering the above facts and taking into consideration the petitioner's health condition, the condition imposed by this court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
