Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.1019/2018 and 1758/2018, dated 14.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition from 03.03.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are abiding the condition without any deviation and also considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
